Grinder failure on unknown signal grid

This bug has been present since the initial release of SE2.
Periodically, the grinder will stop working. In this case, the grinder worked fine removing the ion thrusters from an unknown signal red colored ship. I then stopped working suddenly. I could still grind other grids.
The work around is the same as it has always been, save the world, exit the world, continue the world and everything will work fine.
