[Control Panel, UI] Nested Groups and Easier Assignment

It is difficult to organize and keep an overview of all the entries in the control panel, especially on larger grids. The current implementation of groupings feels clunky and could be improved.

My suggestions:

- change the look of the grid dropdowns in the list different from the groups

=> I imagine to see all grids that are in radio distance here. It would be confusing, if a grid looks the same as a group.

- allow nested groups

=> One could have logical groups for a grid, e.g. space_station -> rear_landing_pad -> lighting -> left_pillar

- if a group contains one or multiple entries of the same block, expose the same settings of that block to the group so that the whole group acts as a block. (bonus: If there are different blocks in group, expose settings that all blocks in that group have e.g. power switch)

=> This would allow to sync the settings of all the blocks in the group e.g. changing all lights to the same color without selecting all lights individually in that group

- make it possible to drag and drop blocks and groups to organize them easier

- add a ping option for the control panel that adds a temporary marker to the location of that block

=> this allows to find blocks faster and enables grouping them easier based on location

I am definitely missing the possibility to drag and drop a block into an existing group. Imagine that you have a "Thusters" group. Assume that you are adding additional thrusters to the ship. You want them to be in the existing group. Currently you have to ungroup the "Thrusters" group, set a filter "thruster", select all the thrusters, re-create a group, and finally rename the new group to "Thrusters".
