Venture Manufacturing Facility area Unfinished Antenna

There is an unfinished Antenna location as a mystery signal. I went there and found a large antenna.
I moved on as I did not have the gold to finish rebuilding the Antenna, when I went back, the whole structure does not load in. I have my marker where it was, but the buildings are all gone.
