Wheel + Terrain Interaction

Wheels should interact with different terrain.
- Different speeds and traction on different terrain types.
- Terrain types should include: Grass, dirt, mud, sand, snow, rock and ice.
- Wheels should have suspension.
- If possible adding a way to wrap tank tracks around them or a new tank track wheel.
