This pops up while the game is booting up, while the splash screen is still up.
Running on Win 10 Pro v10.0.19045, have checked file integrity and it found no issues.

having the exact same issue, fresh install, trying to launch the game. would attach minidump but am unfortunately unable. have tried to reinstall .net 4.6.1 via visual studio, checked for driver updates, checked file integrity, deleted appdata, restarted computer
