Icebergs

Icebergs create hazards, temporary islands, and obscure the territory.
They would also be a vast store of ice.
There was a post for mobile asteroids, icebergs would be a similar idea.
It could be that this idea of mobile thing/grid/voxel/other could have use and come in many other forms.
