Electric clouds and shock dampiners

Ok so, my idea is for there to be giant electric clouds in deep space, they can completely disable your ship if you don’t have a shock dampener block. Shock dampeners come in 3 tiers, tier 1 will stop the ship from disabling but there will still be lights flickering and shaking. Tier 2 will remove the shaking but keep the flickering, and tier 3 will get rid of all the effects. The shock dampeners could use uranium as fuel.
