Warping or Rippling Armor overtime on a station (static grid) SE2

SE2 started doing something strange. The problem is highlighted in the last half of my stream from the other night.
All of the armor blocks on my space station have been forming ripples on its own over time, no blocks are being destroyed by them, but they are getting more and more distorted just from the station existing. Its very strange.
