Survival kit autopickup resources even when I do not produce anything

I am in the moon start, and use the "Survival kit" on the roover. I have created resources with stone and move the resources into the connected cargo, but the "Survival kit" drags them back. This is annoying, when I just wan't will produce gravel and nothing else.
The resources is picked up even if I don't produce anything, but it works as expected if i put the resources in the cockpit
If I turn off "Use Conveyer System" the resuroces (gravel, ingot, si, etc) , the resources stays in the cargo.
Shouldn't the "Survival kit" only pickup the resources needed to produce stuff?

I noticed the same thing. Even when shifting Fe,Si Ni from the input slots to the output slots of the survivalkit (large grid, no cargo block attached). It automatically pulls it back into the input slot.
