Hydrogen Bottles lost from bag inventory on death

Died due to accelerating in a small area, went to loot my bag, and both bottles I had on me were gone. Earlier I had lost a top tier welder via the same, but was confused and not sure.
I have the same bug
On the Learning to Survive Scenario with default settings. I believe someone else mentioned the same issue in feedback regarding the problem stemming from the inventory size modifiers and anything over 1x1 inventory being deleted from inventories even on higher settings following death.
