Extremely loud banging noise
Need More Information
This noise materialized upon reloading the game. It wasn't there when I quit to the main menu, but it comes back every time I reload the game. I've deleted tons of blocks, and by doing so, I can eventually get it to stop, but even if I save the game with all those blocks deleted, and I reload, the banging noise comes back just the same. I'm playing on PS5 PRO and I've never encountered this problem until today. I have every dlc and I play with 24 mods installed, but I've been playing with the same mods for months, and I've had no issues whatsoever. Please tell me how to fix this, or I'll have to stop playing!

Hello Anthony,
Unfortunately, our QA and Support teams are currently dealing with a very high workload, which might lead to increased waiting times. We truly apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.
Regarding the issue you described, the banging noise is most likely caused by impact sounds, which often stem from either a stuck floating object or a clanging subgrid (like something connected with rotors, pistons, or connectors). These kinds of noises can persist through reloads, even if the source isn't immediately visible.
Here are a few things you could try:
Could you let us know if any of these steps helped resolve the issue? If not, we’d be happy to look further into it with you.
