Problème récurrent de sauvegarde urgent

Need More Information

Bonjour

 suite à 400 heures de jeux ,la sauvegarde du jeux se met à ne plus fonctionner  ,je suis obligé de desintaller le jeux et le réinstaller pour que ça fonctionne 10 minutes et ensuite même problème 

Voilà un problème qui gâche mon expérience du jeux ,j ai contacté playstation pour un remboursement si aucune solution n'est trouvée....voici en pièces jointe une photo du problème

Good morning

This is a problem that is ruining my gaming experience, I contacted PlayStation for a refund if no solution is found....here is attached a photo of the problem

Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message from the original post in English? That'd greatly help us diagnose the issue.

it's a joke I'm French and my PS5 is in French, I sent you the screenshots, my games don't contain mods I don't even know what they are!!! you must definitely know the problems look at the newspapers

saving the universe "original system with wolf encounter and asteroid weak heart planet 8" players failed. This may be due to a lack of memory or problems when writing files. Using this world again may cause loss of progress. you can check the logs to learn more about the cause of the error.

I have already checked, the memory ok, the updates ok, the synchronization on cloud ok, the licenses ok, I play in simple survival and I do not have the knowledge for mods or anything else. I have to delete the game and reinstall it every 10 minutes so that the automatic save works for 5 to 10 min and then it starts again....

Please try the following:

  • Load the existing game and in the Pause Menu press Save As and save it under a new name
  • If the issue keeps reappearing on a new save, please submit logs

To submit a log please follow these steps:

  • Reproduce the issue
  • In the Main Menu press triangle
  • Select Send Log tab
  • Enter some information into the window and press Send Log
  • Enter the same information in this thread so we can find your logs in our internal system

    here is the name of the backup change and still the same problem, I had already done it but by replacing just one letter, there I changed the entire title and still the same the log I have already sent it to you but I am sending it back to you with the remark "2 backups and the third error with my email narley-72@hotmail.fr

    Please navigate to PlayStation Settings/Storage/Console Storage/Saved Data/PS5 Games/Space Engineers and press on the pencil button. Provide us a screenshot of the popup window you observe and the previous window.

    In the meantime as temporary option we can recommend trying to publish the save to mod.io by pressing Options in the Load Game screen and attempting to start the game from New Game/Community Creations section.

    Could you please check if you have mod.io consent granted in-game? It's located in Options/Game/Mod.io consent button. Lacking that consent could cause that error message and reinstalling the game could require granting the consent again.

    Unfortunately we really need that save uploaded to mod.io. Your logs indicate a disk issue and we need to verify if it's due to the size of the save or a hardware issue.

    Thank you, we have received your world. We've observed that the world save takes approximately 127Mb. Seeing how the Autosave feature is enabled and backup amount is set to 100, it's completely feasible for it to cause issues. Unfortunately only 1.08Gb total size is allowed for all saves, so only a few saves of your world can be created. Autosave feature automatically saves every five minutes and in addition saves can be created when exiting the world if you press X to save changes.

    We've only been able to reproduce the issue you're describing when going over that 1.08Gb limit.

    We can recommend the following steps:

    • Disable the autosave feature and use manual saves instead (optional). Please be careful when using Save As feature as it creates a separate save file.
    • Reduce the amount of allowed backup saves to 2 or 3. This setting is located in Load Game/your save/Edit Settings/Advanced Settings window.
    • After reducing the amount of backups saves, delete some extra backups saves from your existing save in the Load Game/your save/Backups window.

    We haven't observed that error message on our side after following these steps.

    The issue appears when you're over the limit on the total save size. Unfortunately you might need to delete one of the backups, as each takes 127Mb to free up some space.

    Hello, I just played all night and a large part of the morning on the official universe 6, I underwent 2 map cleanings, the one at 6 am and the one at 12 pm without problems, after that there was another cut and the magnificent all my base disappeared as well as my captured NPC and I was offered to start again in a survival capsule, where did everything I did go????

    We're sorry to hear about that. Could you please let us know what you mean by map cleanings? Do you mean server restarts? Did your base have a safe zone and a respawn area like a powered medical room block? If a medical room loses power, you won't be able to spawn there if your character dies.

    no unfortunately I did not find any money resources to make a medical room, but in my base there was a wind turbine x2, battery, assembler refinery factory 02, c02 interior machine gun and in my claimed NPC base there were beds etc. so make me start again 100 km from my base that I can't even reach with a jet pack, put me back in my place!!!! simply
