Several localizable texts don't use keyboard placeholders where needed

You have a system in place that inserts variables into localizable texts automatically, that is used for key bindings. I.e. "Use [{CONTROL:FORWARD}]" would print "Use [W]". In a couple of places though the default key bindings are assumed, such as 'Description_FAQ_ArmorSkins' which ends with "[...] Press P to open the paint screen."

Yet other places still use the common substitution scheme "Use {0} {1} {2} {3} to move" with the game providing the replacements directly.

Converting all to the new scheme will tidy up code and reduce confusion for players.
