Disabling voxel damage in world setting also disables collisions

When you disable "voxel destruction" in the world setting, it also prevents all damage done by collisions with grids. Weapons still damage grids; you can hit a grid at 100m/s and just bounce off. When voxel destruction is left on it works fine.

Disabling voxel damage doesn't disable destruction during grid-grid contact.

Disabling voxel damage disables grid destruction during voxel-grid contact.
