Asteroid voxel restoration bug (repeats every 12 seconds for a 66 ms lag spike)
The attached save file shows an issue with voxel restoration. Every 12 seconds the game tries to reset the only asteroid in the save file and doesn't seem to succeed, although the octree is updating apparently. This causes 66 ms lag spikes. In the original save file - of which this one is an excerpt - there were more asteroids showing the same behavior, but their lag spikes were smaller and didn't affect simulation frame rate. If needed I'll try to figure out which they are and add them to the save.
